3. Appointments & Bookings
3.1 Booking
Appointments may be booked through our website form, by phone, email, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once we respond to you.
3.2 Consultation Before Treatment
Most of our treatments require a prior consultation to assess your suitability, Prakriti (constitutional type), and to build a personalized protocol. We reserve the right to decline a treatment if, in our clinical judgment, it is not appropriate for you.
3.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of standard appointments.
- Multi-day packages (e.g., Panchakarma, Post-Natal Care, Bridal Radiance) require 72 hours' notice for rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee or forfeiture of advance payment, at our discretion.
3.4 Lateness
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or rescheduling, to maintain the schedule of our other guests.
4. Payments & Refunds
- All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless arranged otherwise in advance.
- Package payments are generally non-refundable once the first session has been completed. Pro-rated refunds may be considered at our discretion in cases of medical necessity.
- We reserve the right to revise our pricing from time to time; the price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to that booking.
